We offer replacement chicks in the event of unfortunate loss of chicks within 48 hours of purchase with the same breed of chick. If the same breed of chick is unavailable, a chick of equal value will be provided. If no chicks are available, a chick will be provided during next hatch. Information is required for replacement of chicks including photos of brooder setup, temperature of hot and cold area and acknowledgement of reading our chick care guide in order to receive replacement chicks.

Our pullets are guaranteed to be hens. If you ever purchase a pullet from Fortin Farms (it does happen on rare occasion) that begins to crow, our Policy provides 90 days from date of purchase to exchange the rooster for a pullet of the same breed. If the same breed is not available, a breed of equal value will be substituted. Photos of rooster must be sent to Fortin Farms to determine sex of bird purchased prior to exhchange.
